I really like this one myself, there's a lot in this to me in many different ways. I'm very glad with the composition and the shadow's cast overall [the model's shadow looked like a wing to me], and I'm happy with the fact that it looks like a shot from a surveillance camera when it comes to the [lack of] image-quality. i really like it.
Taken in a tunnel or a subway? Looks a bit like a subway. Interesting yellow walls. I don't really like yellow but I think that in this picture it's very eye-catching and so a bit more appealing than usual. Over-all the angle of the shot, the timing and the pose of the model seem to fit with an almost grungy city look.
Have you read Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman? This reminds me a little of Crowley from that, if you have. And if you haven't, you should. It's an amusing book.
